Welcome to GreyHawk Apiary

We are a small apiary located in Western North Carolina offering pure, natural, raw honey. Our honey does not contain additives or chemicals and is not pasteurized or micro filtered. It does contain miniscule propolis and pollen particles and is full of beneficial enzymes. All of our honey is 100% bee-produced from our locally owned hives. Due to the natural state of our honey it will crystallize quicker than processed honey. However, crystallized honey is delicious too! Try spreading it on a hot buttered biscuit or toast! To decrystallize honey simply soak your container of honey in warm water until it returns to liquid form.
